TV’s, irons & ironing boards, fridges, freezers, cookers, hobs, heating, electricity, microwaves, kettles, cutlery, crockery and toasters are standard in all our properties.

 

Bath and hand towels, along with bed linen, pillows and duvets are all provided for your use free of charge.

Our swim spa hot tubs are partially enclosed for privacy and open year-round – some guests even prefer it in winter!  Unless you take exclusive use of the Estate or Barn, the huge 10-seater hot tub is shared between the 3 properties in the Barn. A rota can be put in place for your privacy - please speak to a member of your team in Reception on arrival. Our 8-seater hot tub is for sole use of the Farmhouse, again unless you are booking our whole Estate. Use of our hot tubs is free of charge and they can be used between 8am-9pm.

A Complimentary Welcome Pack will be awaiting you on arrival to start you off with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel and some toilet rolls in the bathrooms.

Introductory luxury Myddfai toiletries, which are environmentally friendly and cruelty free, are provided free of charge.

A cot & high chair are available free of charge (subject to availability). Please let us know when you book that they are required. You will need to bring your own cot linen.

We accept up to three dogs free of charge, a VIPooch Welcome Pack will be available for their stay with a water bowl, poop bags and some treats. Please let us know in advance if there are any 4 legged members of your family coming along!

There is ample parking onsite for 25 cars and 2 coaches – there is no need to book ahead, and it is free of charge.

There’s complimentary Wi-Fi throughout all the properties. The mobile phone networks which operate best at Tynrhyd are EE & Three.

TESCO, Morrisons & ASDA all deliver here.

It is very important for us that you find the perfect property to meet your needs. Some of our accommodation is wheelchair friendly and accessible. Please let us know before you book if a member of your party has a special requirement, which might affect your choice of property.

Situated in the barn & Farmhouse are free of charge to use. Unless you have exclusive use of the estate the Barn pool tables is shared between 3 properties.
