Tynrhyd Retreat is a 5* accommodation complex built on level ground
and set in acres of grounds accessible for wheelchair users.
The houses consist of large spacious rooms providing ample space and level access,
with ramps to accommodate minor differences in floor levels.
Internally
Pumlumon House has 1 ground floor bedroom with a spacious en-suite showers/wet room, and W.C
Cambrian House has 2 ground floor bedrooms with spacious en-suite showers/wet rooms
Barcud apartment (accessible via the Pumlumon House has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with shared access to a W.C/shower/wet room.
The Farmhouse has 1 ground floor bedroom with a spacious W.C/shower/wet room.
All our en-suite shower rooms are spacious wet rooms.
We provide shower chairs and offer hoist facilities.
Externally
Tarmac surface all around with tracks to access the 13 acres of private grounds,
access to a rehabilitation swim spa/hot tub, external disabled toilet facilities,
and wheelchair friendly picnic benches.
We ask all wheelchair guests to contact us in advance of booking to discuss specific requirements, and to ensure that our facilities are appropriate for individual circumstances.
